The computer network consultants at Xantrion are among the best in the business, boasting an average of more than 9 years in the industry. Our team of dedicated computer network consultants has been recognized as premium partners of Microsoft, Dell, IronMountain and Sonicwall – a testament to our technical expertise and independently verified customer satisfaction. Our entire staff is U.S. based and all are full-time employees. We do not use contractors.
Security is a top priority at Xantrion. In addition to face-to-face interviews and a thorough background check, all employees are given a personality assessment. This results in a high-caliber, trustworthy team. Currently, our computer network support team consists of 19 full-time members. Sixteen are active engineers.
Have a question and need our computer network support staff? Our phones are answered typically within minutes 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If your matter is urgent, a computer network consultant will be made available immediately. For non-emergencies, if no one is available to provide immediate assistance, a call back will be scheduled based on issue priority.
The computer network support engineers at Xantrion are alerted to any past-due service requests via our service management system. Any request more than one day past due is sent to the Chief Operating Officer. Customers who feel a request is not getting the attention it deserves are always invited to contact our CEO or COO for assistance.

Anne Bisagno, Co-founder and President
created the Xantrion brand and its offerings, quickly growing the business and gaining exposure in the business community. She has formed strategic partnerships with a number of organizations including Microsoft, the Small Business Development Center, and the Schwab Small Institutional Investor Division. She is also responsible for administrative operations.
Anne’s background includes marketing, operations and technology and a track record of managing marketing and business programs from conception to results. She was a product manager for Digital Impact, a business planning consultant for AAA and a marketing program manager and programmer for Chevron. She has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara. 
Tom Snyder, Ph.D., Co-founder and COO
is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate. He designs computer solutions and serves as an IT department "turnaround" specialist. Tom also manages Xantrion’s consulting team.
Outside of the office, Tom is a speaker for local organizations ranging from CalCPA to the Small Business Administration, and he is the Technical Tips columnist for The Alameda County Bar Association Bulletin.
Prior to Xantrion, Tom worked as a the Director of Consulting for a Bay Area IT consulting firm. He began his career as a Research Scientist and Operations Manager for Chevron. He has also worked as a Management Consultant for McKinsey and Company. Tom has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Kristina Sterling Engan, Sr. Consultant
has over 28 years of hands-on technical and project management experience working in Microsoft, Novell, Macintosh, UNIX, Lotus Notes and mainframe environments. She has worked as an IT Director, Data Center Manager, Senior Systems Administrator, and IT Senior Manager at several large companies, including Sybase and Charles Schwab. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from U.C. Berkeley and certifications for Microsoft, Solaris, and other platforms. Prior to joining Xantrion, Kristina ran her own IT consulting company.

Ben Ludwig, Sr. Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 15 years experience consulting and working as an IT manager. He has worked in Microsoft, Novell and mainframe environments. He has experience with Fortune 500 companies, such as Wells Fargo, and with rapidly growing organizations, performing projects ranging from Novell migrations to automated software rollouts.

Wilson Lee, Sr. Consultant
is a VMWare Certified Professional. He has 7 years experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting distributed Windows based networks. Wilson has Blackberry expertise. He has worked with large (Sony) and small (Digital Island) technology companies. He holds a B.S. in Biology from U.C. Santa Cruz and currently provides full-time support for one of Xantrion’s customers. 
Derrick Aquino, Consultant
is a Certified Novell Engineer with 10 years experience. Prior to joining Xantrion, Derrick was an independent network consultant and a network engineer for LAN Service Group. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems from BYU - Hawaii. 
Catherine Bissett, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Cisco Certified Network Associate with over 6 years of experience in Windows based computer networking. Prior to joining Xantrion, Catherine was a Lead System Engineer for an ISP/IT consulting firm in Toronto, Ontario. She holds a B.A. in Business from Lake University and a post-graduate degree in Telecommunications Management from Sheridan College.

Devon Black, Consultant
has over 7 years of system administration and programming experience in small and medium businesses. He has provided IT support for corporate as well as production website and software development environments. He has worked with Windows, Solaris and Linux platforms. Prior to joining Xantrion, Devon worked for ReadiTech, an IT consulting firm. He holds a B.S.in Computer Science from San Francisco State.

Dave Cardegna, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Cisco Certified Network Associate with 9 years experience. His experiences range from application support and system troubleshooting for investment banks to network engineering for clearing houses. Dave has disaster recovery expertise. He holds a B.A. from Brown University.

Adrian Cunanan, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate, VMWare Certified Professional and Certified Sonicwall Global Manager with over 6 years of experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting NT based computer networks. Prior to joining Xantrion, Adrian worked as an IT Consultant for QBIS Group, Inc. on projects for public-sector clients such as the City and County of San Francisco. He holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Information and Computer Science from U.C. Irvine. 
Robert Drury, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with over 10 years of experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows and Novell based computer networks. He has expertise with network monitoring systems and security. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was the Network Engineering manager for a large Bay Area bank. He holds a B.S. in Business Management, Banking and Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. 
Nick Hensley, Consultant
has 4 years experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows based networks. His focus has been working with small financial services companies. He has expertise in document management and accounting firm software. He holds a BS in Commerce from Santa Clara University and has 3 years experience in the financial services industry.

Paul Javete, Consultant
has 9 years experience maintaining and troubleshooting NT based networks. He has worked with large (IBM) and small (Alpha Innotech) companies. Paul has expertise in back up systems. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cal State East Bay.

Jin Kim, Consultant
Jin has 3 years experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows and Mac based networks. He also has experience developing SQL queries, Visual Basic macros, Access databases and websites. Prior to joining Xantrion, Jin was a system administrator for Fitzgerald, Abbott & Beardsley LLP and a programmer for DANR Analytical Labs. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from U.C. Davis.

Brian Taylor, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer with 9 years experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows based computer networks. Prior to joining Xantrion, Brian was a Network Consultant for Sierra Data Systems and a support specialist for Random House in Sacramento. He holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Information Systems from Cal State Sacramento.

Eli Novin, Consultant
is a Redhat Certified System Technician with 10 years experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer networks. Prior to joining Xantrion, Eli was the CTO for the Ex'pression College for Digital Arts. At the college Eli oversaw the development of the IT infrastructure from start-up to a platform supporting 1500 students and staff. Prior to this he worked with Taos Mountain, a bay area consulting firm. Eli holds a B.A. in Physics from U.C. Berkeley.

Sean O'Brien, Consultant
came to Xantrion after 10 years of IT work in the Educational sector and has a background in supporting software used by the Entertainment industry. After 7 years of working at a private Digital Arts College and helping the school to grow by over 400%, he decided to move on to IT Consulting. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal State at Humboldt and is currently supporting one of Xantrion’s largest clients with over 2000 users across the United States and beyond.

Royden San Luis, Jr. Systems
Administrator
is an up and coming consultant that has recently entered
the IT consulting field. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was
the assistant manager for a retail business. He holds
a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Information
Systems from San Francisco State. Currently, Royden supports
Xantrion's network and assists with maintenance activities
for clients.

Brook Mantia, Purchasing and Accounting Manager
is responsible for purchasing, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and event planning. She has been with Xantrion since 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in administration. Prior to joining Xantrion, Brook worked at companies including Sybase, Aurum and Commerce One.
Tayo Oyesiku, Administrative Assistant
is responsible for general administrative as well as HR and marketing support. She has 3 years of administrative experience. Prior to joining Xantrion, Tayo worked at several accounting and legal firms. She holds a B.A. in English from Hunter College.
